Kinetic Energy
The energy of motion. A body can possess this energy form if and only if it is in motion
Potential Energy (PE)
Energy by virtue of a body’s position or configuration (typically weight x height)
-Potential energy = Stored energy
-Strain or Elastic energy is a type of PE, involving a deformed body’s capacity to do work by returning to its original shape (mostly TENDONS in the human body store this type of energy)
